Hugs and Smiles from Joy Clair Designs

Hi there friends and fellow crafters, LeeAnn here and for my project today I used the stamp set Hugs and Smiles.

In order to make this card, first stamp the images using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I then spritzed the panel with water. Next, sprinkle on Ken Oliver’s Color Burst powders in Chartreuse and Alizarin Crimson. The best part was watching the color powders do thing, and put the panel aside to dry.

Once the panel was dry, stamp the sentiment using VersaClair Ink in Nocturne.

The next step was to add 3 drops using Pico Embellishment drops in Gold and let dry. Once the panel is completely dry you can add foam tape to the backside of the panel to give dimension when adding it to the card base.

I hope this has inspired to you make some Valentine’s cards of your own.

The stamp set I used and many more can be found at The Joy Clair Store
